Terms of Service

Effective: June 2026 · Version 1.0

1. What Ormalin is

Ormalin Financials (“Ormalin”) is a web-based financial planning tool. It produces illustrative projections, scenarios, and summaries based on data you provide and the modeling assumptions documented within the application.

Ormalin is not a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), broker-dealer, insurance agent, tax preparer, attorney, or fiduciary. Ormalin does not custody, hold, transfer, trade, or recommend specific securities, insurance products, or other financial instruments.

2. Not financial advice

The numbers, charts, and narratives Ormalin produces are informational projections. They are not personalized investment, tax, legal, accounting, or insurance advice. You should not act on any output without consulting a licensed financial, tax, or legal professional who has reviewed your specific circumstances.

Past performance is not predictive of future results. Market return assumptions, tax tables, and benefit rates change over time and are updated in Ormalin on a best-effort basis.

3. Your responsibility for accuracy

Ormalin’s projections are only as accurate as the inputs you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter, including account balances, income, ages, tax filing status, and any other intake fields. Material misstatements will produce materially incorrect output.

4. Account access and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and the security of the device you use to access Ormalin. Notify us at support if you suspect unauthorized access. We log administrative actions for security and audit purposes.

5. Service availability

We strive for high availability but make no uptime guarantee. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated where practical.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ormalin and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the application. Ormalin’s total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid to Ormalin in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Ormalin after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
